Girls cross country charged to a victorious win over Frontier in yesterday’s meet.  A special congratulations to Miranda who finished with an overall first and Shelby, Megan, Makenna, Dimarya, and Erin who also finished in the top ten out of 43 runners.  Great job ladies!!

Columbia cougars dominated yesterdays cross country meet!  Not only did their score win against Cedarcrest and Hudtloff… it also was the best overall score of the meet!  Columbia runners, Makenna, Miranda, Megan, Shelby, Erin, and Dimarya finished in the top ten, with Shannon, Andrei, Chantelle, Taylor, Gail, and Jasmine racing for strong finishes!  Congratulations Girls

Cross Country girls dominated another meet yesterday leaving the Bethel girls in their dust with Makenna, Megan, Shelby, Dimarya, Erin, and Miranda finishing in the top ten runners. Great job girls!

Cross country girls led the pack with another victory over Cougar Mountain in yesterday’s meet, with many of Columbia’s runner’s running their personal best.  Makenna, Erin, and Dimarya placed in the top ten and a special congratulations to Megan and Shelby who place 2nd and 3rd out of 57 girls

Girls Cross Country dashed to another victory over Spanaway with Miranda taking 1st and Makenna, Megan, Dymarya, Shelby, and Erin placing in the top 10. The girls all had their personal best times of the year - Congratulations!

10/22/08

Yesterday’s cross country league race finished with Shelby placing 10th, Makenna in 8th, Megan taking 5th, and Miranda placing 1st.  The race was a close match between Frontier and Columbia… unfortunately, the girls won’t know until later today which team won the match.

Update: Congratulations to girls cross country for being league champs and having an amazing ‘undefeated’ season!
