Summer Office Hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 - 4:30 p.m.

Please have these items available:

•  Unofficial transcript of grades

•  Immunization records

•  Copy of I.E.P. ( Special Ed. Students only )

•  Verification of "Out of District" acceptance (if applicable)  

Required registration records from other schools may be hand carried or faxed. Incomplete paperwork may delay your student's registration. We will request your student's entire file from their previous school, to be sent directly to C.J.H., after your student has been officially enrolled.
