Understanding and Applying what you have learned HELP!

 

  1. When looking at your graph (if you don't have your graph look at the table on page E48), pay attention to the increasing and decreasing of sunspot activity.  What is the cycle (in years)?  How many years does it take to increase (to its maximum) and how many years does it take to decrease (to its minimum)?  Now predict how the next cycle will look.  You do not have to use graph paper, just make a mini-graph on your paper.
