MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

BOARD ROOM

CALL TO ORDER The special meeting of the Board of Directors of Fife School District No. 417 was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President Sutherland. Five board members were present, therefore, a quorum was verified.

ATTENDANCE Board members present were Rueber, Larson, Wolfrom, Sutherland, and Scheidt. Administrators present were Steve McCammon, Jeff Short, John McCrossin, Brian Aiken, Marti Harruff, and Chuck Silvernail. Recording Secretary Heidi Joyner was present.

EXECUTIVE SESSION - 6:00 p.m. (Bargaining)

Discussion was held regarding topics of bargaining with the FEA.

RECONVENE REGULAR SESSION - 6:45 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT At 6:45 p.m. there being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
