CALL TO ORDER The special meeting of the Board of Directors of Fife School District No. 417 was called to order at 7:01 p.m. by President Larson, who led the flag salute. Four board members were present, therefore, a quorum was verified.

ATTENDANCE Board members present were Larson, Sutherland, Rueber, and Wolfrom. Administrators present included Steve McCammon, Jeff Short, Brian Aiken, and Chuck Silvernail. Others present included Ray Mow and Charles Leitch.

EXECUTIVE SESSION (Bid Specifications) 7:02 p.m.

RECONVENE REGULAR SESSION 8:08 p.m.

JR HIGH PROJECT BIDS Motion made by Wolfrom, seconded by Rueber, and unanimously carried to accept the bid from Babbit Newman Construction for the junior high school project in the amount of $14,768,500.00 on the basis of low bid submitted.

ADJOURNMENT At 8:15 p.m. there being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
