MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD STUDY SESSION BOARD ROOM

CALL TO ORDER The special study session of the Board of Directors of Fife School District No. 417 was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by President Larson. Five board members were present, therefore, a quorum was verified.

ATTENDANCE Board members present were Rueber, Larson, Wolfrom, Sutherland, and Scheidt. Administrators present were Steve McCammon, Jeff Short, Brian Aiken, Jeff Nelson, and Chuck Silvernail. Others present included Charles Leitch, Bill Cameron, and Jeff Greene.

EXECUTIVE SESSION (discussion with legal counsel regarding agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions re: mediation with City of Fife) 5:31 p.m.

RECONVENE REGULAR SESSION 8:32 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT At 8:32 p.m. there being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
