MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD STUDY SESSION BOARD ROOM

CALL TO ORDER The special study session of the Board of Directors of Fife School District No. 417 was called to order at 5:33 p.m. by President Larson. Five board members were present, therefore, a quorum was verified.

ATTENDANCE Board members present were Rueber, Larson, Wolfrom, Sutherland, and Scheidt. Administrators present were Steve McCammon, Chuck Silvernail, Jeff Short, Marti Harruff, Brian Aiken, and Jeff Nelson. Recording secretary Heidi Joyner was present. Others present included Charles Leitch, Jeff Greene, Stan Zielinski, and Scott Babbit .

CONSTRUCTION ISSUES Chuck Silvernail reviewed the change orders that had been processed to date. Discussion was held regarding issues with the City of Fife.

ADJOURNMENT At 6:57 p.m. there being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
