MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD STUDY SESSION BOARD ROOM

CALL TO ORDER The special study session of the Board of Directors of Fife School District No. 417 was called to order at 5:36 p.m. by President Larson. Four board members were present, therefore, a quorum was verified. Lew Wolfrom was excused.

ATTENDANCE Board members present were Rueber, Larson, Sutherland, and Scheidt. Administrators present were Steve McCammon, Chuck Silvernail, Jeff Short, Marti Harruff, Brian Aiken, and Jeff Nelson. Recording secretary Heidi Joyner was present. Others present included Scott Babbit, Stan Zielinski, and Jeff Greene.

CONSTRUCTION ISSUES Chuck Silvernail reviewed the status of the construction project with respect to dirt and pilings. He also reviewed change orders that had been processed to date. A discussion was held with regard to the Interwest Phase I work.

ADJOURNMENT At 6:50 p.m. there being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
