5th Grade Camp!

On October 19, 20 and 21 the Endeavour 5th grade class attended the YMCA Camp Seymour for a truly "Outdoor and Environmental Educational experience". The students were led by many Camp Seymour "Naturalist" in a variety of "camptivities" such as squid dissection, canoeing, marine biology, reptiles, the "Living Machine" which is an onsite waste water treatment facility.

The campers also enjoyed daily recreation time including, games, archery, boating, crafts and a climbing wall! The evenings were spent around a camp fire for songs and skits. 

Our 5th graders were also treated to some of the finest camp dining around and learned valuable lessons regarding food waste and conservation! 

We look forward to our return next year!
