Welcome to the Endeavour Intermediate School “Principal Page”.  For those of you who are new to Endeavour, my name is Kevin Alfano and it is an honor to work at Endeavour as the Principal.  As I enter into my 12th year in the Fife School District I am as proud as ever to be part of such a wonderful district.  Over the course of my career in Fife, I spent the first five years teaching social studies and coaching baseball at Fife High School, the next four years as the Dean of Students at Surprise Lake Middle School, one year as the Assistant Principal at Columbia Junior High School and most recently, this past year as Principal here at Endeavour.

As you can see, I’ve been privileged to work in many of the great buildings in the Fife School District and I would not have had it any other way.  In addition to working in great schools, I have also come to know and appreciate the unique communities of Fife and Milton.  To that end, I truly believe that you as parents play an intricate role in the learning process of your child and the relationship you have with your child’s school is imperative.  One of my goals for the 2009-2010 school year is to continue to develop that relationship between the community and the school by communicating all of the thrilling events through a variety of means.   All of the activities that take place at Endeavour will definitely be advertised, showcased, and archived.   I encourage you to contact us anytime and get involved in one of the many activities we offer.

Another goal for me is to work diligently in supporting the outstanding Endeavour staff in our core business, designing and redesigning engaging work for your students.  As the Principal of Endeavour, you can bet that I fully support the notion of student engagement and will lead the charge as we continue to Work on the Work!
