Welcome to the home of the PACK UNICYCLE TEAM

     The PACK Unicycle team is now on its seventh season. This year we have two groups practicing at Endeavour. One group is the Beginners, which starts on September 25, 2009 on Friday mornings at 8:15 to 9:10. The program is designed to help kids learn how to ride a unicycle. The second group is the PACK Unicycle Performance Team for those kids who can pass the Level 2 Test. The Unicycle Team meet regularly on Monday after school from 3:30 to 4:30 and on Wednesday morning from 8:15 to 9:10.  Some of the riders on the PACK Unicycle Team are volunteering their help with the beginning unicycle club on Tuesday after school and Friday mornings.

     The PACK Unicycle Performance team program will start on September 28, 2009 and end April 30, 2010.   The monthly schedule will be provided on the last week of each month.  All students are subject to a $7.00 fee to join.  This fee will help keep up maintenance on 30+ unicycles and help pay for transportation for the performances.  All riders must bring and wear their own bicycle helmets during practices.  The students who participate are responsible for their own transportation.  Throughout the school year the PACK Unicycle Team travels to different school districts to perform.  To be part of the PACK unicycle performance team, the students must be able to demonstrate the following skills (Level 2 Test):

• Mount with left foot
• Mount with right foot
• Ride 10 meters between two parallel lines, 30 cm apart
• Ride a figure 8 with circle diameters smaller then 3 meters
• Ride down a 15 cm vertical dropMake a sharp 90 degree turn to the left
• Make a sharp 90 degree turn to the right
