Our LAP Math Program

I work in the morning at Endeavour, and the afternoon at Hedden.  I go to a different 3rd and 4th grade class each day to present a math game, puzzle, or a problem solving activity. In addition I work with small groups of students on math problem solving skills.  Our goal is to engage children in their math lessons--when they love math they have a zest for learning.   We use games, puzzles, books, music, and hands on materials to help kids solve problems and see math in the world around them.
