FHS Homework help and computer access
Free homework help after school until 4:00 every Monday in room 509 and Wednesday in room 426. ALL subjects!! Computer access available in 407 computer lab on Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30-4:00
FHS Counselors: John Sutich, A-K, Lisa Hope, L-Z
The counselors assist students with a variety of issues, both scholastic and personal. The counselors can also tell students where else they can get help and information for their particular situation.
FHS Nurse: Darcy Hermoso 517-1000 X 24573
The nurse is here daily until 11:00 am. She assists students with a variety of medical and personal issues. She can also tell students where to get more help and information about their particular situation. Students who are not feeling well after 11:00 can go to the attendance office to arrange to go home. Students are unable to rest in the nurse’s office when the nurse is not there.
School Psychologist: Ward Inglis 517-1000 X 24568
His office is in the Counseling Center. Works primarily with Special Education issues and students but is available to consult re: specific situations and students.
School Resource Officer: Jeff Sterba 517-1000 X 24441
Fife Police Officer. Provides Police assistance to FHS.
Career Center: Marlyne Johnson, 517-1000 X 24432
Assists students with work based learning, job search issues, career questions and the required graduation project.
FHS Librarian, Betsy Ritchie 517-1000 X 24410
Can steer students toward topical and motivational books that they might find helpful.
Indian Education Program Phyllis Covington 253-517-1000 ext 25103. At FHS on Wednesdays. Provides info and assistance to community resources, higher ed opportunities and cultural opportunities

Open Tuesday & Thursday 2:30-8:00 and Friday 2:30-10:00. Homework hours. Tutoring. Internet access. Mentoring. *Note phone is only answered during center hours.
Tommy’s Closet: Free clothes for students. See your counselor or administrator.
Family Resource Center: Located near Discovery Primary. 253-517-1493. Open Tuesdays 12:30-3:30. Has a clothing and food bank, school supplies.
