I'll go through list below and assign people different things I need help with.

Uploading to YouTube

Getting things together for tonight's board meeting...need a DVD with TNT Video on it and Diversity Video on it.

Sign up for filming. I am going to give points for this and those not filming outside of class will not be given points. There are a lot of filming opportunities so their really isn't any excuses.

Nathanial and Malorie...need you two to coordinate people to help update tape catalog so we kinow what's on all the tapes. We have ten blank tapes to make it to the end of the year, so I can't have students just grabbing new ones whenever they want.

Need Registraton Video done today...this is very important. Big one...I need Davis and Jordan to help me make this happen. They have to air this tomorrow.

Bell Assignment: Summarize in your notebook the following main points of the article on editing montage: Include definition of a 'Montage', and summarize the concepts - 'Where and When', 'Dick and Jane Cut Grass', 'The Density Dilemma', 'Repitition, Repition', and 'Picture Perfect'

Malorie...remind me today to contact Travis for his help on Senior Sports.

Kevin McGhee, Conner, Erith, CJ...would you guys help me come up with cool senior video transitions. I want to use the Mini's. I am going to try to contact them today. You guys are very creative and could help me plan something really cool. I need to film this during or right after Spring Break. I can probably get Nikko to help with a car mount and other cool equipment such as a high-end steady cam. I just want our transitions for Senior Video to be over the top. I have you guys two periods a day so you have the time to do this in addition to whatever you will be doing for the film festival.

Let's check on status of TTV. Thank you to Sina for all her extra time coming in afterschool, etc. to be sure this TTV comes together. Let's also talk about things we have noticed we could improve on.

I know TTV is not completely done yet, but some of you have really impressed me...nice job! It is nice everything was done in enough time that we have time to make cuts, adjustments, etc. so our final product is polished.

Let's talk about back ups and cleaning of drives and server. We have to be very careful here.

Work on Film Festival Pieces!! Talk about having a theme or some type of story. Please stay away from dark stories...let's remember our class motto:

"Positive Media for a More Positive World"

Grades Due Today - So I am going to have Haley help me put in scores for recent bell assignments from yesterday (Wed 4-2) and today. When you complete today's bell assignment (see below) bring it up with yesterday's in your notebook to show me or Haley so we can enter into the gradebook. Those of you who have me next period don't have to do this assignment twice, but you do need to do it.

Also, when you come up to show me your bell assignments today, please do the following:

*On a sheet of paper clearly describe your contributions to Trojan TV this month or what other projects you were working on. If you did some special outside of class filming for me please indicate this. Put this on a separate piece of paper properly labeled and neatly written and turn in to green file in Period One.

Today's Bell Assignment:

Look at thegraphic design site: This site dedicated to Color Awareness, an important concept in video production and graphics. I would like you to read through the main page and highlight the main points. Then refer the links Emotional Impact of Color 1, Emotional Impact of Color 2, and Emotional Impact of Color 3 and highlight the main information given in each. Do this neatly in your notebook.

TTV STATUS - Thank you to Sina who came in after track yesterday to work on TTV. Thank you also to Nikko Hall and Kyle Omally, former TTV students, who came by to make further corrections in the final TTV. It's not perfect, but is almost ready. Major thing left...the Recap & Recognize Segment that was exported does NOT have Cameran's voice over done yesterday. We must get this and have Alex D. insert it. See me before anyone touches the projectd.
