BELL ASSIGNMENTS...STARTING TODAY...AND EVERYDAY- KEEP IN YOUR NOTEBOOK AND WE'll CHECK QUICK AT THE END OF EVERY WEEK:

Using internet.  Learn something new by researching a video topic and write what you learned in your notebook.  Date it, label the concept learned, and summarize what you learned.  andDo this everyday.  Only prerequisite is that is relates to our class and teaches you something that will make you better.  Taking the initiative to learn something new is one of the key to success in everything you do.

(Have to do something that needs class time than do the bell assignment at home.  

Keep up with this because I will check each week!

Short Quiz (do this in about 30 minutes from now) - I am going to put some files in a folder and walk you through making a DVD.  Also discuss making m4v files. 

Amber and Colton...have you take the lead on  a CTE project.  Very important and will push your skills. Enhancing the skills site on our website.

Colton...finish printer installation and discuss website status.  Talk to you about making m4v files of many of our videos.

Besides 'White Balancing Cameras' are you checking aspect ratio is set to 4:3 vs 16:9, record mode is set to SP or LP? 

Weekly Participation Sheets due today

Recap...going to be assigned to a couple individuals to be sure we are covering many of the things that are going on and archiving the clips for use in a final TTV we will probably do.  This requires some self direction because you have to keep tabs of what is going on.

Studio...is a mess.  Needs to be cleaned up and organized.  Cable all over the place, tripods just randomly everywhere, etc.  Not my job to keep it clean and orderly.
