MC's for Tonight - Kevin McGhee and Cameron Hayes. 

Be present at 6pm to go over what you will say, where you will stand, etc.   You two basically lead us through everything.

General Overview of what to say at Intro...modify as you feel necessary:

Start by Introducing Film Festival.  This festival orginally started in 2004 as Shulapalooza, a film festival started in honor of Mr. Shula, our teacher, who wast going through a bone marrow transplant for Leukemia at the time.  Now that Mr. Shula has returned we are continuing the tradition of Shulapalooza but have changed the name to the Trojan Digital Media Film Festival.

The festival is a collection of films produced by Fife High School students involved in the video production program known as Trojan Digital Media.  Some of the films you will see were made specifically for the film festival.  The student productions today are produced by students in introductory video classes all the way through the more advanced Broadcasting Classes.  Students were given creative liscence as to what they produced as long as they stayed within PG rating.  From drama to comedy, to some comletely random films, you will see it all.  So sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.

Greeters - Jordan & CJ

You two stand at the door as people enter the festival. Greet them and hand them programs and tickets for prizes. (Let's talk about the prize possibilities.)

Ticket Takers - Malorie and Haley

Stand at entrance of Columbia and collect money.  $2 dollars each.  Students in my program (print off a list from my grade program today) and staff are not charged.

Run Computer and DVD Player-   Alex  - Running Computer

Develop a Graphic to always be in background.  Zac Iams may have already made one...ask me about it.  Let's run Keynote.  I will show you how to use it.  We can run music off of my iTouch...talk to me about that too.  Think about music you want to use at the beginning while people are coming in, between movies, during voting and announcement of award winners,

Develop a Playlist of Music to Play at beginning, between videos, and at end. 

Sounds like Nikko is going to come this afternoon to burn a DVD for tonight.  So we'll probably just play videos from a DVD player.  Planning to pause between each one to introduce them.
