Hedden Running Team Meeting Agenda

  1. 3:30 | Have proper running clothes/shoes on and meet in the gym for stretching.
    Everyone needs to bring a water bottle. WATER is important.
    Everyone needs at least 8 glasses a day.

  2. Walk or run 1/2 mile every day for first two weeks, than it goes to one mile a day.
    Remember to find a good pace for yourself. You should be able to carry a
    conversation while you run, if you can't, then you are going too fast.

  3. Back at the gym write in your journal (fruits, vegetables you ate that day, how you felt
    while exercising, etc.) and graph how far you went. Talk about healthy lifestyles, eating a well-balanced diet and stroke awareness.

  4. 4:30 | Picked up by family member in front of the school.
