May 14-Game Night at Endeavour. Please bring your kids. It's fun!

May 15th-Early dismissal at 11:55-Teachers will be "Working on the Work"!

May 16-Last day to order Hedden yearbooks!

May 22-2nd Grade Music Program-2:30 p.m. Dress rehearsal for school-7:00 p.m. evening performance for all your relatives!

May 23-Pierce County Library Summer Reading Program presentation to 2nd graders (Ours is at 12:30 p.m.)

May 26th-No school in recognition of Memorial Day

May 28-District-wide Art Show at Columbia Jr. High, 6:00-8:00pm

May 29th-Volunteer Luncheon for all our great helpers! Time TBA

June 3(changed from June 4th)-Fieldtrip to Pt. Defiance (You'll be getting more info. soon!)

June 6 -Mrs. McDonald's last day of school. I'm heading to Juneau, Alaska for the birth of my new granddaughter! Mrs. Loper will be here! Yea!!!

June 10-Hedden Field Day and BBQ! (I will be asking for some volunteers!) Please come and have a great day with the kids. It is REALLY fun!

June 13th-Last day of school!!! Awards Assembly  (It usually begins at 10:00 a..m., but watch the weekly newsletter for updates.) Early dismissal at 11:55 

Have a great, relaxing, fun summer!!! See you ALL in the fall for 3rd grade, when we will be altogether again!
