Peace rules the day when Christ rules the mind.  Author Unknown

Today was a beautiful day. I felt good, ate well, and even managed a good walk and some exercise down in the fitness room. Trying to rebuild what was lost in my recent adventures at the hospital. Pretty amazing how weakened my body was after leaving the hospital. Lord willing, I will maintain my focus on the spiritual, the emotional, and the physical as I work to regain my strength.

Mary

Our friend Mary was sweet enough to bring my boys up so we could spend the day as a family. Each time we have together is such a gift and I cherish it. Thank you Mary for devoting so much of your day to us. You're so sweet.

My Pastor came up today and shared a brief message of encouragement with us and we shared Holy Communion together. I am always so amazed at how the Lord affects me with his Grace through Holy Communion. Thank you Pastor for making the trip, it meant so much to our family.

Pastor

Silly me, but I forgot to take a picture of our friends Tim and Denise who came up for a visit this morning as well. We enjoyed a nice visit and Tim worked his electrician's magic trying to convert our five remotes into one. I think I should have the new remote figured out in about a month or so. Thanks again you guys, we greatly appreciate all you do for us.

In closing, a continued thanks to all of you who continue to pray and send your love our way. God is using you in a powerful way to carry us through this journey. We know we are not alone.

May the Lord Bless You.  I'm off to sleep. We have early appointments in the clinic tomorrow.
