Two months and seventeen days since transplant. Recovery is definitely an up
and down experience. There are days you feel very good and your blood counts
are great. Other days you are very tired and your blood counts may show a
drop, which makes you worry. My check yesterday showed a drop in platelets.
My doctor said platelets can go up and down. You just don't want them to
keep dropping. I will be checked again in three weeks so I am praying they
come back up.

I try to be strong mentally but sometimes it is hard when you have a setback
such as a low platelet count.

I will continue to keep up my nutrition and exercise. Most importantly, I
will pray. Pray the Lord continues to work his healing in my body and keeps
my mind focused on the positive.
