Veterans Day Activities

	The 6th grade core classes all gather together to discuss the meaning of Veterans Day. Mr. Holm leads a discussion and shows a video for students to reflect upon.
	Dominic Burgi, a 7th grader with our Concert Band plays Taps in honor of those who fallen for our nation.
	The crosses in the hillside represent each of the major wars our country have been involved with. It had the years of conflict as well as the number of Veterans who lost their lives.
	After Dominic was finished our students had a moment of silence before heading back to class. Thank you Veterans for the freedoms that we all enjoy.
