Cougar Quest, a residential summer academic camp, provides participants the opportunity to choose their direction of discovery and exploration. There are 27 workshops from which to choose.  Students get to select three workshops to attend daily, each lasting two hours a day over four days. For example, students could opt for the workshop Lego Mind Storm Robots for the morning workshop, Environmental Science for the mid-day, and Veterinary Medicine for the afternoon.  The workshops are taught by Washington State University instructors and are full of hands-on activities that are meant to challenge and keep the interest of students. Please note that students entering grade 9 have the option of attending either or both weeks.

Early registration may ensure receiving your first choice of workshops.  Information and registration is available by accessing the Cougar Quest website, www.cougarquest.wsu.edu and selecting “Register” (first link in the left hand column).  Questions may be directed to Cougar Quest staff at 509.335.1235 or e-mail cougarquest@wsu.edu.
